Paper Submission and Publication.
All papers must be original and should not be published in any way before or after the conference. All Authors and Co-Authors must notify their relevant Department Head/Principal/Guide of their paper submission to GRCF Conferences. Inside the manuscript, all authors and co-authors must disclose their proper affiliation.
The Organizing Committee has the right not to accept papers submitted after the registration deadline. GRCF approves each work for presentation at the conference after it has been reviewed by two internal or external GRCF Reviewers.
Without the approval of all authors and co-authors present in the publication, GRCF cannot add, edit, or remove any author’s or co-name authors within the manuscript after registration.
The individual who submits the paper will be considered the paper’s original author. In any instance, if GRCF gets a complaint concerning the author’s originality and determines that it is true, the work will be promptly withdrawn from publication.

GRCF reserves all rights, including the right not to return any money to a registered author or co-author who attends the conference and accepts the publication and certificate at any point during or after the conference.
Publication
GRCF has complete editorial control over the papers presented at the conference for publication in international journals.
Publication in Scopus Indexed/SCI Indexed or Any Associated Journal: On the author’s explicit request, GRCF may submit the article to any non-GRCF International Journals indexed in Scopus or SCI. In such a circumstance, the author must cover the whole expense of publishing (according to the particular journal). The review and publishing procedure might take 3 to 6 months.
Payments paid for the purpose of attending GRCF conferences are non-refundable if the registered article is not accepted for publication in a Scopus or SCI-indexed journal or if the author declines to publish in a GRCF-affiliated international journal after the conference. After the conference, GRCF requires a minimum of 25 to 60 days to complete the Round-2 review process for the GRCF-affiliated International Journals. All International Journals linked with the GRCF are ISSN-accredited.
Plagiarism Policy
The plagiarism policy firstly guarantees that writers properly acknowledge other authors when citing and secondly safeguards the research community’s academic integrity. All research papers submitted for publication undergo a plagiarism check to ensure their originality and to determine the paper’s similarity percentage. And articles that do not meet the aforementioned requirements are returned to the author for revision. If plagiarism is discovered in a research article shortly before it is published, the author will be given the opportunity to resubmit the manuscript with the required changes indicated by the editor. However, if the editor determines that plagiarism is a significant problem in the research work, it will be rejected from further consideration for publication. If plagiarism/false identity is suspected or discovered in a research paper after it has been published, the research paper will be withdrawn from the website until verification is complete. If a few paragraphs are found to be plagiarised, the author will be given the opportunity to alter the published article before it is returned to the website with the editor’s permission.
However, if GRCF determines that plagiarism/fake identity is a significant issue in a published paper and that it materially violates the copyright of others, the paper will be withheld from publication and the author will be penalised and permanently blacklisted from GRCF and other Conference Organizers. Additionally, the journal’s website will note the withdrawal from publication, and indexing services will be alerted. Authors who republish previously published material (self-plagiarism) will be dealt with in the same manner as described above.
